Enjoy a relaxed, quiet setting just outside of the Ozark Mountains. At Wine Capital RV Park, we do our part to keep our parks clean and well-maintained for the best possible experience. Take a look at our rules and regulations below. For more details, call us today at (573) 382-6666.
- All tenants are responsible for their dependents, guests and pets.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm - 8:00am.
- The speed limit in the park is 15 mph.
- RV Park is under video monitoring for your safety and security.
- No smoking or playing in the bath house.
- Trash is to be disposed of in the dumpster (green) located in storage area.
- All local, state and federal laws must be obeyed.
- Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted. No gray water drained on RV site.
- Keep all utility connections in working order, install heated hose when needed.
- Only one of the 50-amp or 30-amp receptacles per site can be used at a time.
- Use of RV Park water to wash vehicles is prohibited.
- Campfires should be made only from wood and may only be made in approved fire rings. Garbage must be disposed of in the dumpster and may not be burned. Fireworks are prohibited in the RV Park at all times.
- The maximum number of vehicles per site is two (2), excluding RV. Cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles and trailers are all considered vehicles. Park on either side of RV. Additional vehicles must be parked in the storage area (subject to an additional charge). No parking on grass. Do not block driveways. No parking in open sites or you will be charged.
- Tenants are responsible for keeping their sites clean and tidy. No permanent attachments.
- No alcohol consumption by minors is allowed. Any drunk/disorderly conduct persons will be removed from the RV Park. No illegal drug consumption by anyone. Law will be notified of illegal activity.
- Children are welcome! We ask that you please be responsible for your children and ensure that they are under supervision at all times. They are to be courteous of other tenants and of their property.
- Pets must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after, and not left unattended at the RV Park. All vaccinations must be up to date and the pet identified by a name tag. Leash law meaning that the animal must be on a leash held or maintained by a person. Limit of two (2) pets per RV site.
- In the event of an emergency please immediately call 911. If the emergency does not relate to health or safety, please contact Tyler.
- Wine Capital RV Park LLC is not liable for accidents, injury, or loss of life of tenants, their dependents or guests, theft or damage to property or guests. Tenants are responsible for insuring their personal property.
- We do not give refunds for early departure or eviction.
- Any damage to RV Park utility connections or bath house will be at the expense of the tenant.
